Job listing services

To help epidemiologists find (or post) jobs, we have provided links to sites that contain free job postings. Each site allows you to narrow your search to identify positions that best suit your qualifications and interests. Good luck!

  •  American Public Health Association (APHA)

After entering APHA homepage, click on "Careermart", then "Jobseekers". The "Advanced search" feature on the "Jobseekers" page will allow you to narrow your search and obtain more targeted results.

Timing: Job postings will remain on this site for thirty days from posting date.

  • Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH)

Select “Public Health Jobs” under the tab “Current Students & Alumni” on the left side of the homepage. From here, you can link to PublicHealthJobs.net, ASPH sponsored internships and fellowships, and many other employment sites.
  •   Emory School of Public Health

When you access the main screen you are viewing a list of positions by Job Title and date of submission. Most recent positions are listed first. You will also notice the organization's name under each job listing. Advanced search options (i.e., by city, state, county, job title, date, etc…) are available on the left side of the webpage.
  • Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America

Available positions are posted on the job board, which is only accessible to members of the society. Positions can be submitted for posting at no charge.

  • America's Job Bank sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment, and Training Administration

Search within a specific state directly from the homepage, or browse occupations and get career advice under “Job Search”

  • Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC)

Click on "List Jobs" tab and search by keyword, job function, country and/or state. Hit "Find Jobs” to retrieve results.

  • Public Health Jobs Worldwide

Select "Review Today’s Top Jobs." Note: Most of the current public health job openings will not be posted on this Web site, but will be listed only in the Public Health Jobs Worldwide publication, which is provided to subscribers.

  • World Health Organization Employment Site

Click on “Vacancies” or “Internship opportunities” on the left side of the webpage for postings
