Special Program Registrations
There are two extra programs we are offering at this year's Annual Meeting that require their own registration:
- The Minority Affairs Committee Workshop on Sunday, September 8 (Pre-Conference)
- The All-Ohio Gathering on Wednesday, September 11 (Post-Conference)
The Minority Affairs Committee Workshop: A three-part session on September 8 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. consisting of: (1) a featured speaker who will address the intersections between AI and health equity followed by a moderated discussion, (2) an icebreaker and team building component, and (3) an interactive brainstorming/visioning segment. Refreshments will be served. The session is free, and we especially encourage students from the local area to participate, even if not registering for the remainder of the ACE Annual Meeting.
The All-Ohio Gathering: This will be a special session on September 11 from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. ET) that is aimed at bringing together academia and public health professionals from around the Ohio region. The session will include a plenary session, break-out talks and posters. This would be a great opportunity to exchange research and ideas between academic researchers and public health professionals from the Ohio region. Participants can choose between 1) the Gathering Only from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. OR 2) Participating in ACE's Wednesday's programming, including Endowed Lecture and lunch before the All-Ohio Gathering. ACE Annual Meeting Registrants may also register for this post-conference program. See below.
